This equipment is the main equipment for making wood stick from biomass materials such as sawdust, rice husk, coffee husk, peanut shell, sugar cane bagasse and so on. The equipment adopts temperature adjustment indicator, which can work steadily at a regular temperature, has a reasonable structure, and is easy to operate and maintain. The products produced by this equipment is easy to be lighted, high calorific value (more than 20% higher than common wood), low pollution when burning, high density, convenient for transportation and so on. The equipment can fully use surplus resources from farms and forests.
It can applied to mostly biomass materials such as rice husk straw, coffee husk, wood sawdust,but there are two requirements for raw materials:
1. Size: 0-5mm
2.Moisture Content: 5%-7%
The size of the material must be less than 5 mm and the moisture content must be controlled between 5-7%.
