The wood is heated and decomposed under oxygen-free or low-oxygen conditions to produce charcoal, wood vinegar, wood tar and other components. In addition, the purification system of the horizontal airflow carbonization furnace can recycle the flue gas generated during the carbonization process: the spray tower can collect harmful substances in the flue gas and precipitate them, and the purification tank can purify the combustible gas in it and return it to the bottom of the furnace to heat the carbonization furnace, saving energy.

1. Check whether the raw materials meet the standard. The water content is less than 20%, and the size is about 50mm. Otherwise, we can provide you with crushers and dryers.
2. Open the furnace door, and put the mateiral inside directly; or you can put the mateiral on the rail car to send the material into the inner pot.
3. Seal the furnace, and check the valves and other things.
4. Fire the furnace and to make the charcoal. This step, there is the combustible gas to produce and this gas can be sent to the bottom of the fire mouth to let the machine heat.
5. After the charcoal finished and cooled, then use the rail car to delivery the charcoal out.
