1. ‌Body part‌: including the table and the machine base, which constitute the skeleton of the machine.

3. ‌Feeding part‌: It is composed of a rotating shaft, a hopper, and a stirrer, which is responsible for mixing the coal powder and loading it into the mold barrel.
4. ‌Stamping part‌: It includes slide bars, slide beams, punches, punches, etc., and forms briquettes by stamping.
5. ‌Conveying part‌: It is composed of a conveying frame, a pulley, a bracket and a conveyor belt, which is responsible for sending the shaped coal out of the machine

Working Principle of Honeycomb Charcoal Briquette Machine

The motor rotates the gear shaft through the pulley and transmits it to the transmission shaft through two gears, and then drives the dial through a pair of bevel gears and a rotating shaft, and the dial turns to the four-hole plate to move. The axial gear drives the mixer to mix the coal and put it into the mold barrel. Then the two gears rotate and drive the slide beam through the pull rod to make the punch go down, forcing the punch to move down, and the spring of the movable plate to move up is tightened, pressing the coal into a honeycomb shape, and finally the conveyor belt rotates randomly to send the shaped coal out of the machine body.
